Return any item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, then ship it back within another 14 days.
Conditions
Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging. Try it on as you would in a store.
How it works
Email support@outlinewear.com with your order number to receive a return label. Exchanges within the Netherlands ship free; returns for refund cost €4.95.
Refunds
Within 14 days of receiving the return we refund the full amount including original shipping via the same payment method.
