Terms and conditions

2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer from OUTLINE WEAR and to every distance contract between OUTLINE WEAR and the consumer.
3. Offers and prices
All prices are in euros including 21% VAT, excluding shipping unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors in an offer are not binding.
4. The contract
The contract is concluded when our payment partner confirms payment. You receive a confirmation by email immediately.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. See the return policy for the procedure.
6. Delivery
We ship within 1–2 business days of payment. The maximum delivery term is 30 days. Risk passes on delivery.
7. Conformity and warranty
Products conform to the contract. Statutory warranty applies. Reflective tape keeps full performance for at least 50 washes with proper care.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be sent to support@outlinewear.com. We respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies. Consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform.
