What we process and why
Orders: name, address, email, phone and payment status, to perform the contract. Waitlist and newsletter: email address, based on consent; unsubscribe any time. Contact: name, email and message, to answer you (legitimate interest).
Processors and transfers
We use Supabase (hosting and database, EU), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and a carrier for delivery, all under data processing agreements. Data is never sold.
Cookies
Functional cookies (cart, language, session) are necessary. Analytics cookies are only set after consent through the cookie banner.
Retention
Order data is kept 7 years (tax law). Waitlist data until you unsubscribe. Contact messages at most 1 year.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email support@outlinewear.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
